Shipping Options
USPS and UPS Ground (3-5 business days). No P.O. Box delivery.

Processing
Orders ship within 1-3 business days, or by the ship date listed on the product page. You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

Multiple Ship Dates
When you order items with different ship dates, we'll combine them into one shipment if they're ready within a week of each other. Otherwise, we'll send separate shipments at no additional cost.

Delivery Issues:
We ship to the exact address you provide at checkout. If a package is returned or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, you'll be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend it.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in new condition, unworn, free of damages or stains, and in original packaging with tags attached.

To process a return

• Email hello@theother.style with your order number and return or exchange request
• You'll receive a prepaid return label via email
• Exchanges ship after we receive your return

Terms

• All returns inspected upon receipt
• Items in unsellable condition (worn, stained, damaged, washed) will be refused and charged back. This applies only to items returned in unsellable condition. We make small production runs and need to be able to sell all items in stock.
• $10 restocking fee deducted from total refund applies to all returns
• Please allow 5-7 business days to process return
• Final Sale items excluded from returns and exchanges

Free Exchanges
No restocking fee. We cover both return and new item shipping.

• Must be requested within 14 days of delivery
• Price differences will be charged or refunded upon receipt of your return

Act III holiday styles are available for pre-order until October 15, 2025.
After the window closes, we begin production using only the materials needed for confirmed orders, avoiding overproduction. These highly crafted, hand-beaded, or special occasion pieces are made specifically for you.

• Before production: Full refund if cancelled by October 15, 2025
• After production begins: No cancellations accepted
• After delivery: 14-day return policy applies (same terms as in-stock items—unworn, original condition with tags)
