Small Batch Production
We produce in ‘small batches’ and as a made-to-order model. For us, this means we can control our footprint more consciously by producing only what’s requested at one time.
You can expect your item in the estimated delivery listed on the product pages (roughly 8-12 weeks). If you have any questions regarding ordering, sizing or timing please email us.
Items must be in new condition to qualify for a return. This means it is unworn, unwashed and undamaged with any/all original tags attached and original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchanges that do not meet this criteria.
Exchanges: Due to the limited nature of our manufacturing process, we cannot guarantee availability of items to exchange. Please email us for exchange assistance at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire if we have additional sizes available for you. And to ensure you choose the right fit for you- please review our size chart to ensure the best fit for you.
We offer Domestic shipping via UPS Ground or UPS Standard which can take between 3-5 business days. We will update our shipping timelines based on any potential delays impacted by COVID-19. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be shipped.
We will ship to the address provided. If packages are undeliverable for any reason, we will not be responsible for return shipping costs or cost of re-shipping items. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
