We get a gauge of the interest and lock in your order/size right away. It gives us a better idea of how many we should make and in what sizes. If we have interest- we make it! ⁠

Why Pre-order?

It helps us with buying production fabric and securing production capacity with our manufacturing partners - ensuring we are responsible with our resources. ⁠

When do we ship out? ⁠

We are estimating September 3rd for our orders to go out. ⁠We ship them out as soon as we receive them!⁠

Returns/Exchanges?⁠

We can accept returns within 14-days of delivery date of eligible items in unworn and undamaged condition with all hang tags in original packaging. Please see our full return and exchange policy here or email us at hello at theother dot style

If it is a piece we have a lot of interest on we may decide to make a few extra pieces in additional sizes so we can do exchanges if available. ⁠
